Option A

• Accommodates up to 75 Guests
• 3 Hour Rentals
• Additional hours may be added and hourly rate
• Cleaning Fee – $100.00

Option B

• Birdie Room and Eagle Room
• Accommodates up to 150 Guests
• 3 Hour Rentals
• Additional hours may be added at an hourly rate
• Cleaning Fee – $150.00

Option C

• Entire Clubhouse, 19th Hole Bar, and Patio Area
• Accommodates up to 300 Guests
• 3-Hour Rental Only Available after 6 PM
• Additional hours may be added at an hourly rate
• Cleaning Fee – $250.00

*Cleaning fee is mandatory and added to every rental. Service includes cleaning of restrooms, floors, and garbage disposal before and after each event. Renter is responsible for disposing of any garbage into the bins provided and removal of all decorations. Any decorations left overnight will incur a $100 nightly storage fee.

*Tax will be added to every rental. All rentals will require an 18% Gratuity.

*A non-refundable deposit of $50 is due at the time of booking to reserve Calendar date. An additional $250 security deposit (cash or check) is due at the time of booking for incidentals and will be returned after satisfactory inspection of the event space and equipment by a member of the management team.

*Any event with a guest count of 75 or greater or events for minors (ex. Sweet 16) will require a security guard. Any event with a guest count of 125 or greater will require 2 security guards. Riverlands WILL contract through the St. John Sheriff’s office on your behalf. The rate is $35/hr./deputy with a minimum of 4 hrs. Guaranteed. A Cash payment should be made directly to the deputies at the start of the event. Neither Riverlands nor its employees are liable for this payment. *All Balances must be paid in full prior to any setup or decorating.
